30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must:

Be in its original, pristine condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Once you contact us, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned package. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may cancel or return your order for any reason. The same conditions apply as mentioned above, including the requirement for items to be in original condition, with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
